Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2018 |

May 9, 2019: |
Board of Directors’ meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the first quarter of 2019 |

July 25, 2019: |
Board of Directors’ meeting for the Half-year financial report at June 30, 2019 |

November 7, 2019: |
Board of Directors’ meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the first nine months of 2019 |
The conference calls related to the approval of interim financial results and interim financial information will be held either on the same day or on the day following the approval by the Board of Directors. The details regarding each conference call will be communicated in due time.
