Art and ingenuity through reuse: Ricrearti
Ricrearti is a training and job placement project that involves unemployed or disadvantaged people, through which
Fincantieri has created gadgets by reusing promotional materials that are no longer usable and are otherwise destined for disposal.
Fincantieri, together with Ricrearti, wanted to combine art and ingenuity in social and environmental terms, in line with the Company's own sustainability policy.
This initiative produced:
- 400 keychains;
- 30 PVC shopping bags;
- 200 folders for documents;
- 200 pouches for documents;
- 100 business card holders.
The gadgets were included in the 2017 Christmas gift catalogue, and the foundations for continuing this collaboration for 2018 have already been reconfirmed.
