REPORTS TO THE SUPERVISORY BODY / ANTI-CORRUPTION FUNCTION (WHISTLEBLOWING)
The reporting system to the Supervisory Body (OdV) – more commonly known as Whistleblowing – allows employees and third parties to report issues related to non-compliance with the provisions of the Code of Conduct and the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 adopted by the Company. <br> <br>
The tool to be used complies with the requirements set forth by Law no. 179/2017 “Provisions for the protection of whistleblowers of crimes or irregularities of which they become aware in the context of a public or private employment relationship,” as well as by Legislative Decree 24/2023.
Reports that are vague, insufficiently detailed, or clearly made in bad faith or containing slanderous or defamatory content will not be taken into consideration. <br> <br> Any reports not within the remit of the Supervisory Body (OdV) will be forwarded to the competent functions. <br> <br> Alleged violations of the Code of Conduct or the Organizational Model must be reported to the Supervisory Body and the company function RPC/RQHSE&C., by submitting an appropriate report through the portal https://fincantierifinso.segnalazioni.net/, or by sending it to the address Fincantieri Infrastrutture Sociali S.p.a., Via Giovanni del Pian dei Carpini n. 1 – 50127 Florence – Confidential OdV/RQHSE&C., with the guarantee, subject to legal obligations, of absolute confidentiality.
