The Fincantieri Group uses e-NGAGE, the vendor communication portal that supports suppliers and third parties interested in exchanging information in a secure and controlled manner. e-NGAGE covers all the main stages of the Procurement and Supply Chain cycle:

 

  • Supplier registration
  • Qualification
  • E-tendering
  • Purchase orders
  • Logistics and Work Progress Status
  • Entry to the shipyard
  • Invoicing management
  • Performance evaluation
  • Engineering documentation

End-to-end processes are also under digitalization.

The e-NGAGE system connects the Fincantieri Group and its suppliers and partners via secure protocols in a protected environment accessible from any device. Its features are easy to use and can be accessed without installing any software and completely free of charge for any interested company.

To request registration with the e-NGAGE system, simply go to the ‘Supplier’ section at the link ‘https://engage.fincantieri.it/’ and follow the instructions provided.

The privacy policy covering personal information that is signed on the platform applies to all Group companies.

FINCANTIERI-Suppliers is Fincantieri's former e-procurement system dedicated to supplier management. It will remain operational for order signing until 15 October 2026 and will then remain accessible for consultation until the end of 2026.

Starting from early 2027, all orders (both old and new) will be available on the new Fincantieri E-NGAGE e-procurement portal, dedicated to supplier management and supporting procurement activities throughout all their stages.
