Bylaws

The Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure (the “Report”) contains the information required by Article 123-bis of the Consolidated Law on Finance and by the current regulatory provisions regarding the corporate governance system adopted by Fincantieri, as well as the related ownership structure, with reference to the relevant financial year. In line with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code, to which the Company adheres, the Report also contains accurate and comprehensive information on the Company’s compliance with the principles and recommendations set out in the Code, indicating, where applicable, the specific recommendations from which the Company has deviated.
