EXECUTIVES’ PENSION FUND

It is the supplementary pension scheme for the executives of Fincantieri and its Subsidiaries / Affiliates, established by the union agreement of 12 January 1987.

It belongs to the category of pre-existing pension funds, which are negotiated funds already established as of 15 November 1992 (the date of entry into force of Law 23 October 1992 no. 421, delegating the Government to rationalize and revise regulations on healthcare, public employment, pensions and territorial financing), and which have specific characteristics compared to those established later.

The Fund is set up as a recognized association, operates under a defined contribution scheme, with single-compartment management, and is based on the principle of individual capitalization.

The Fund is supervised by COVIP and is registered in the Pension Funds Register under number 1139.

Its registered office is in Trieste, via Genova 1.
