As part of its business development strategy in the United States, Fincantieri has established Fincantieri Services USA, a wholly owned subsidiary based in Miami, Florida, which will serve as the hub for all service and after-sales activities on the Group’s cruise ships in the country.
Fincantieri Services USA will act as the sole front office for cruise customers, offering a wide range of services, particularly those related to lifecycle management of the vessels, with a focus on repairs and refitting.
Fincantieri Services USA is set to become the point of reference for U.S. shipowners in the services sector on American soil, enabling Fincantieri to negotiate long-term agreements in this segment and thus align with the current market trend, which continues to show strong growth.
