Orizzonte Sistemi Navali S.p.A. (OSN) is an Italian company specializing in the defense sector, with over twenty years of experience operating as a Whole Warship system integrator throughout the entire lifecycle of naval vessels. Founded in 1994, the company assumed its current structure in 2002. Today, its share capital is held by two leading Italian defense companies: 51% by Fincantieri S.p.A. and 49% by Leonardo S.p.A., both global players in the defense industrial sector.
