Policy for managing dialogue with all shareholders and other relevant stakeholders

In order to regulate the forms of dialogue and engagement with all shareholders and stakeholders relevant to the Company, upon the proposal of the Chairman in agreement with the Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors of FINCANTIERI S.p.A., on December 16, 2021, adopted the “Policy for managing dialogue with all shareholders and other relevant stakeholders.” This policy, also taking into account the engagement policies adopted by institutional investors and asset managers, describes the methods and content of extra-meeting dialogue between the Company and its shareholders on matters within the Board’s competence.

FINCANTIERI S.p.A. uses the eMarket SDIR system, managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A., located at Foro Buonaparte 10, Milan, for the transmission of Regulated Information.
For the maintenance of published Regulated Information (filing and storage), FINCANTIERI S.p.A. adheres to the centralized storage mechanism called eMarket STORAGE, accessible at www.emarketstorage.com and managed by Teleborsa S.r.l., located at Piazza di Priscilla 4, Rome (*).
