Trieste, 5 February 2015 – With regards to rumors circulated in the press, Fincantieri firmly denies the existence of any negotiation and of the supposed acquisition of Oto Melara and Wass, Finmeccanica S.p.A.’s subsidiaries. These rumors lack of any foundation.
