Carnival Freedom
Carnival Cruise Lines
A constantly evolving model
The cruise ship Carnival Freedom, delivered at Fincantieri’s Marghera yard in 2007, was built for Carnival Group, the world-leading cruise operator. Carnival Freedom is the fifth identical unit to Carnival Conquest, an updated version of the successful Carnival Destiny design (1996) that has inspired many other ships. Indeed, the Destiny design was developed by adding a half deck of cabins at the bow, extending the vessel by 17 meters and then personalizing her for the various Carnival Corporation brands.
The freedom to choose
This cruise ship offers a 1,500-seat theatre, 5 pools (one with a sliding roof), 4 restaurants, 22 bars, a casino, a disco, an internet café, a games room for children, various shops, a fitness area and a jogging track, plus volleyball and basketball courts.
