Delivered at the Monfalcone shipyard in April 2016, Carnival Vista is yet another vessel built by Fincantieri for Carnival Cruise Line, a brand of the Carnival Group, the world’s leading cruise operator. With her 133,500 gross tons and 323 meters in length, Carnival Vista, sailing under the Panamanian flag, is not only the thirteenth ship built by Fincantieri for the Carnival Cruise Line fleet but also the largest.
Carnival Vista sets a new technological benchmark in Europe and worldwide thanks to her innovative layout, exceptional performance, and cutting-edge technical solutions. Her interiors offer the highest level of comfort, featuring a wide range of entertainment options, including an IMAX 3D cinema, a 5D theater, a brewery producing craft beer onboard, multiple restaurants, theaters, shops, and wellness centers.
Among her unique features are an open-air cycling track 45 meters above the sea and the fleet’s largest water park, WaterWorks, with a 137-meter spiral slide. Another highlight is the exclusive Havana Area, a themed zone with staterooms, outdoor bars, and an infinity pool, accessible during the day only to guests staying in that section.
Carnival Vista was built in compliance with the latest navigation regulations and equipped with the most advanced safety systems, including the “Safe Return to Port” standard. She also incorporates state-of-the-art energy-saving technologies and meets the strictest environmental requirements, with high-efficiency engines and an exhaust gas cleaning system.
