The concluding module, 'The Aligned Team Experience', allowed the Competency Management team building participants to live an 'out-of-the-ordinary' experience to foster teamwork and share values such as determination, mutual trust, inclusion, collaboration, and the ability to look forward and tackle future challenges together with enthusiasm.
