Pursuant to art. 65-decies of the Issuers’ Regulation, FINCANTIERI S.p.A. with registered office in Trieste (TS), Via Genova n. 1, as issuer of bonds to be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, has elected Italy as “home Member State”.
