(“Fincantieri” or the “Company”) informs that the Half-year financial report at 30 June, 2014, approved by the Board of Directors on 21 July 2014, in accordance with art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree n. 58 of 24 February, 1998 - together with the report containing the opinion of the Independent Auditors - is made available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the Company’s website (www.fincantieri.com) in the section Investor Relations - Financial Statements and on the mechanism for the centralized storage “1Info” (https://www.1info.it).
