FINCANTIERI: AMENDMENT TO THE CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS FOR 2016

Rome, 21 July 2016 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors’ meeting for the approval of the Interim management report at 30 September 2016 will be held on Thursday 10 November 2016, instead of Wednesday 9 November 2016 as previously announced.

The market will be promptly notified of any further amendments to the corporate events calendar.
