STORIES AND TESTIMONIALS
CERTIFICATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS

In 2023, we obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification for Gender Equality, becoming the first company in the Italian shipbuilding sector to implement a structured management system for gender equity.

The maintenance of the Certification, recognized by RINA, was confirmed for 2024 as well, both for the Parent Company and for all Italian subsidiaries of the Group, as proof of ongoing and consistent commitment.

The governance and full operation of the System are primarily entrusted to the Steering Committee of the Gender Equality Management System, composed of managers from Human Resources, Strategic Communication and Sustainability functions, who, among other things, are responsible for:

  • defining the company’s Gender Equality Policy with top management
  • drafting the Strategic Plan for Gender Equality, in which the objectives of the management system are set.

A milestone that involves Fincantieri S.p.A. and all Italian subsidiaries of the Group, reflecting a concrete commitment to measurable objectives, inclusive HR processes and dedicated strategic plans.
