WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEM
The system adopted complies with the requirements set out by Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937, concerning “the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulatory provisions”.
Vague or insufficiently detailed reports or those that are clearly made in bad faith or contain slanderous or defamatory content, will not be taken into consideration.
The Company provides for the use of two alternative reporting channels, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality except where required by law:
