Trieste, May 15, 2024 – Following the announcement made on May 9, 2024, FINCANTIERI S.p.A. (“Fincantieri” or the “Company”) informs that, pursuant to Article 5 of the “Regulation on Related Party Transactions” adopted by Consob with Resolution No. 17221 of March 12, 2010, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and Article 7.3 of the “Regulation on Related Party Transactions” adopted by Fincantieri’s Board of Directors, the information document relating to the material related party transaction concerning Fincantieri’s acquisition of Leonardo S.p.A.’s “Underwater Armament Systems” business line has been made available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the Company’s website (www.fincantieri.com) in the section “Governance and Ethics – Related Party Transactions,” and on the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket STORAGE” (www.emarketstorage.com).
