Currently, the Company’s share capital, amounting to €881.722.258,7, is held 64,25% by CDP Equity S.p.A.; the remaining portion is distributed on the open market (except for 0.14% held by Fincantieri as treasury shares). No other private shareholder holds a significant stake of 3% or more. It should be noted that CDP Equity S.p.A.’s share capital is 100% owned by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A., which is controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, holding 82.77% of its share capital.
