Shareholders

At present, 70.96% of the Company's share capital of EUR 878,330,021.20 is held by CDP Equity S.p.A.; the remainder of share capital is distributed in the indistinct market (except for 0.15% of the shares held by Fincantieri such as treasury shares). None of private investors hold significant interests of 3% or above. It should be noted that 100% of the share capital of CDP Equity S.p.A. is owned by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A., 82.77% of whose share capital is in turn owned by Italy's Ministry of Economy and Finance.
