SHAREHOLDER STRUCTURE

Currently, the Company’s share capital, amounting to €878,332,237.70, is held 70.96% by CDP Equity S.p.A.; the remaining portion is distributed on the open market (except for 0.15% of shares held by Fincantieri as treasury shares). No other private shareholders hold a significant stake equal to or greater than 3%. It should be noted that CDP Equity S.p.A.’s share capital is 100% owned by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A., which is controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance for 82.77% of its share capital.
