Fincantieri Group: Remazel completes the acquisition of H Tech Serviços e Manutenção Ltda

Remazel, a Fincantieri Group company, announces that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of H Tech Serviços e Manutenção Ltda., a Brazilian company specialized in offshore plant inspection and maintenance services.

The transaction represents a strategic step in Remazel’s growth and consolidation path and further strengthens its positioning in the offshore assistance and maintenance services market, with a particular focus on Brazil and neighboring areas. The acquisition is conceived as a long-term investment aimed at creating value for customers, partners and stakeholders. Brazil currently represents one of the fastest-growing areas for offshore Oil & Gas investments and, at the same time, constitutes a market of significant development for activities in the underwater (UW) domain, a sector in which Remazel plays a strategic role for the Group.

In the coming months, a merger project between the two entities will be launched, with the objective of maximizing industrial and organizational synergies. The integration will support even more effectively the service demands arising from the growing installed base of Remazel equipment, strengthening operational capacity and the management of projects characterized by high technical complexity in the global energy market.

The combination of Remazel’s engineering know-how and organizational structure with the specialist expertise and operational experience of the H Tech team will give rise to an organization capable of supporting complex projects at an international level, ensuring high standards of reliability, safety, and customer focus.
