Zuiderdam
Holland America Line
Superior standards and total comfort
Zuiderdam marks the start of a long relationship between Fincantieri and Holland America Line. Venice’s maritime terminal provided the setting for the handover ceremony for this, the first in a long series of vessels, in 2002.
Gliding across the ocean
Zuiderdam was delivered in 2002, costing around 400 million dollars. She is the first in a series of five units that Fincantieri has built for the American operator.
The ship combines advanced technology and luxury facilities, with innovative external lifts on both sides and spacious, sumptuously comfortable cabins, 85% with an ocean view.
