(the “Company”) announces that it has revised the Key Information Document (KID), originally published on 15 July 2024, as updated on 14 July 2025, relating to the “Fincantieri 2024-2026 Warrants”, ISIN code IT0005599862, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1286/2014 and the relevant implementing legislation.

The updated KID (available only in Italian language) has been published today on the Company's website www.fincantieri.com/en in the section dedicated to the capital increase (https://www.fincantieri.com/en/investors-relations/investing-in-fincantieri/capital-increase/).
