Fincantieri joins the MIB ESG index

Fincantieri join the MIB ESG Index, the blue-chip index for Italy dedicated to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) best practices, operated by Borsa Italiana, part of the Euronext group.

The inclusion of Fincantieri in the MIB ESG Index follows the index’s quarterly review and will be implemented after markets close on Friday, 20 March 2026 and will be effective from Monday, 23 March 2026.

This recognition further confirms Fincantieri’s commitment to integrating sustainability principles into its industrial strategy and operational activities. The Group promotes a model of responsible development focused on creating long-term value for all stakeholders, affirming the centrality of environmental, social, and governance factors in its growth trajectory.

The MIB ESG Index combines economic performance measurement with ESG assessments in line with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
