"The reporting system to the Supervisory Body—commonly known as Whistleblowing—allows employees and third parties to report issues related to non-compliance with the provisions of the Code of Conduct and the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 adopted by the Company. The tool to be used complies with the requirements set forth by Law no. 179/2017 “Provisions for the protection of whistleblowers who report crimes or irregularities of which they become aware in the context of a public or private employment relationship.” Reports that are vague, insufficiently detailed, or clearly made in bad faith or containing slanderous or defamatory content will not be taken into consideration. Any reports not relevant to the Supervisory Body (OdV) will be forwarded to the appropriate functions. Alleged violations of the Code of Conduct or the Organizational Model must be reported to the Supervisory Body by sending an appropriate report to the e-mail address odv@seanergy-mi.it, or through the portal https://seanergy.segnalazioni.net/, with the guarantee, subject to legal obligations, of absolute confidentiality."
