Skandi Vinland has been specifically designed and equipped for subsea operational tasks, with particular attention to excellent seakeeping qualities, outstanding station-keeping performance, and low fuel consumption.
Her primary role will be that of a Light Intervention Vessel (LIV) supporting subsea intervention and installation activities, and a secondary role as a safety standby/re-supply vessel.
The vessel is eco-friendly, with a strong focus on low fuel consumption, in compliance with and incorporating precautions equivalent to DNV-GL CLEAN DESIGN requirements.
