The award, based on the evaluations of over 1,800 institutional investors and analysts, highlights his strategic vision, credibility, and effective market communication.

In detail, the Extel 2025 awards obtained by the Group are:

• Pierroberto Folgiero, "Best CEO" for the European Capital Goods – Small & Mid Cap sector;
• Giuseppe Dado, Chief Financial Officer, among the (top 3) "Best CFOs" in the Buy-Side – Small & Mid Cap category;
• 2^nd place for the best ESG Program – Combined and Buy-Side in the Small & Mid Cap category;
• 1^st place for the best Investor/Analyst Event – Combined in the Small & Mid Cap category;
• Paola Dimario 1^st place as "Best IR Professional" in the Capital Goods – Small & Mid Cap category
