Bonds
Fincantieri bond, issued in 2013 for an amount of Euro 300 million, matured and it was repaid in November 2018. New medium and long term loans were taken out for the refinancing with the consequent reduction of cost of funding. As of today, the Company has no bonds outstanding.
Euro-Commercial Paper Programme
On December 13, 2017, Fincantieri structured a new Euro-Commercial Paper STEP Label program for a maximum total amount of Euro 500 million. The program was renewed on December 2, 2020. For further information, please see the Information Memorandum below.
