Rome, February 17, 2023 – The Board of Directors of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. (“Fincantieri” or the “Company”), convened under the chairmanship of Claudio Graziano, has approved the 2023-2027 Sustainability Report.

We also inform you that the Board of Directors of Fincantieri, upon request of the independent Directors, has appointed the independent Director Valter Trevisani as Lead Independent Director of the Company, pursuant to article 3, recommendation 13, letter c) of the Corporate Governance Code.

The Lead Independent Director will remain in office until the end of the Board of Directors currently in office and therefore until the Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at December 31, 2024.
