("Fincantieri" or the "Company") announces that the new version of Fincantieri’s bylaws, registered in the Companies' Register of Venezia Giulia on 13 June 2025, also with amendments highlighted approved by the extraordinary Shareholder’s Meeting on 14 May 2025, is made available to the public on the Company’s website (www.fincantieri.com) in the section “Governance and Ethics – Corporate Governance System – Bylaws” and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism “eMarket STORAGE” (www.emarketstorage.it).
