Trieste, July 6, 2017 – FINCANTIERI S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors’ meeting for the approval for the Half-year financial report at June 30, 2017 will be held on Tuesday July 25, 2017 instead of Thursday July 20, 2017 as previously announced.

The market will be promptly notified of any further amendments to the calendar of corporate events.
