Rome, January 28, 2020 – The Board of Directors of FINCANTIERI S.p.A., convened today under the chairmanship of Giampiero Massolo, has approved the annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2020 as follows:

Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Consolidated financial statements and draft financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2019 |

May 4, 2020: |
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the approval of the financial statements of FINCANTIERI S.p.A. at December 31, 2019 |

May 14, 2020: |
Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the first quarter of 2020 |

July 30, 2020: |
Board of Directors meeting for the Half-year financial report at June 30, 2020 |
|
November 12, 2020: |
Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the interim financial information for the first nine months of 2020 |
The conference calls related to the approval of the interim financial results and the interim financial information will be held either on the same day or on the day following the approval by the Board of Directors. The details regarding each conference call will be communicated in due time.
